How long does it take to fill out the questionnaire? Can my team help?

Absolutely. Founders typically spend 1-3 hours filling out the Discovery Questionnaire. It’s customized and designed to dig deep into every aspect of your brand. The information and insight it provides allow me to serve as an effective advisor. 

Many of our clients complete the questionnaire as a team; it sparks interesting conversations that create more alignment, and helps me identify the brand’s X factor.

Do we get any follow-up after the workshop?

Yep! A few days after your workshop, we’ll send you the Positioning Roadmap — a clear summary of your core brand positioning + key recommendations, plus the recording and transcript from our session.

Can I bring my CMO / COO / pet gerbil to the meeting?

Yes! Having multiple key voices is a great move; it leads to good discussion that can clarify your positioning.

One condition: every person on the call must have reviewed the questionnaire (and inserted any comments) in advance of the session.
