I’m always hesitant when working with marketers because they market themselves well...as they should. So I'm a big skeptic about the promises they make. But Michal is not typical in any sense.

Why they came

About a year after we crafted copy for their complete website, Eye4Fraud’s customers started asking the team: Can you solve our next problem please? 

They were referring to cart abandonment in checkout — where clunky, high-friction checkouts cause waaaay too many customers to drop out without buying anything. 

Think: 

  • too many fields
  • too many pages
  • too many requests for personal info — 
  • and a clunky design that was the opposite of intuitive. 😬

CEO Leo accepted the mission, putting his team to work creating RapidCheckout™ — a smarter checkout that is smooth, easy, and FAST. No customer would drop out because of too many steps or too many hoops to jump through. 

This new checkout system only asks for absolutely-needed info — and nothing more — without compromising security. (Because, yeah, Eye4Fraud is still all about fighting fraud.) With minimal fields and a sharp, contemporary design, it’s engineered to promote sales — not get in the way.

Now armed with this awesome, acutely-needed checkout software, Eye4Fraud had to make sure people knew about it. They needed a new, compelling landing page on their existing site to market to current customers, along with new ones who were searching for a better checkout. 

Why they left happy

RapidCheckout™ was a new frontier for this brand, so the page copy needed to leverage Eye4Fraud’s impressive experience in ecommerce, demonstrating how that translates into a simpler, fraud-repellent checkout.

But, just like ecommerce sellers hate loooong checkouts, they also hate reading loooooong sales pages. 
Ergo, we kept all copy tight and concise, integrating (impressive!) numbers and symbols to boost the message — without adding more words.

There’s nothing like clear charts and lists — or easy-to-skim comparison tables — to succinctly explain what you gain (and which headaches you’ll lose) with smart software like this.

We pricked the pain, just a tad, with a short section that reminded prospects — in relatable voice-of-customer.

And just in case prospects didn’t believe the ease and intuitiveness of RapidCheckout™, we threw in a live demo section. (Of course, anyone can schedule a live 7-minute demo from the site, if preferred.)

Indefatigable designer Laura Dunn produced a warm, clean design that mirrors the crisp simplicity of Eye4Fraud’s software. She also created strategic animations that auto-fill dynamically before your eyes — so it’s nearly impossible *not* to understand just how quick RapidCheckout™ is.

Now…how long did that take?

We ended the page reminding prospects of what they stand to lose — about 21% of their customers 🙈 — with a lousy checkout.

The sum-up

A nifty tool that solves problems deserves a nifty page that communicates how, in the language their customers understand best. We were happy to deliver!
